Cave of Munits

Located near West Hills, the cave is reached by starting at El Scorpion Canyon Park and following the scenic El Scorpion Trail into the surrounding hills.

The adventure begins on the beautiful El Scorpion Trail, where the landscape quickly changes from neighborhood streets to open hills, tall grasses, and rugged canyon scenery. The trail is relatively easy at first, giving you plenty of time to take in the views and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. As you make your way farther into the canyon, Castle Peak rises ahead of you, creating an impressive backdrop for the hike.
